High Volt is the first transformer manufacturer in India to receive ZED certification (Zero Defect Zero Effect) from Ministry of MSME. Manufacturing & Facilities

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Boisar, within an organized industrial zone at Tarapur near Mumbai. Spread over a 10,000 square foot complex, our factory is equipped with modern design and production techniques, operated by a team of approximately 100 skilled engineers and technicians.

Our Journey & Capabilities
Initially serving renowned clients such as HVPNL, MSETCL, SEB, NDPL, BSES, UPPTCL, and private sector customers through regular repairs and maintenance of power transformers, we have strategically shifted focus to cater predominantly to Indian Railways for power and locomotive transformers.

Innovations & Achievements

We are proud to have pioneered the indigenous development of 54/27 kV, 8 MVA auto transformers for Indian Railways under the 'Make in India' initiative. Our successful supply of these transformers to the Western Railway Zone has significantly contributed to reducing dependency on foreign imports, resulting in substantial cost savings.
